At St. Bernadette's, our vision statement, 'Live the Gospel and when necessary use words' is the absolute heartbeat of our school.  We all understand our mission to live and work as a Christian Community, putting Christ at the centre of everything we do. This is recognised and celebrated every Friday in our whole school vision statement celebration. Pupils, staff, parents and members of our wider community can nominate those who they have witnessed being living examples of Gospel values: compassion, kindness, justice, stewardship, humility, courage.

Nominations are read out along with the reasons why and linked to the scripture of the week, which is shared in our whole school Celebration of the Word on Monday morning. The whole school congratulate and celebrate those, often unseen, moments  which have had a huge impact on members of our school and wider community.
